Purchased the online IFR course and am totally disappointed in the quality of the training material in the videos. I do not recommend this course to any pilot wishing to study for their written. I called to express my concern and was basically blown off by their customer service. I kept watching the training video expecting something to get better but total let down at the end. Very disappointing.
I contacted customer service suggesting that you might want to start carrying some 3XL T-Shirts for the more popular items. I stated there are a lot of pilots that are a little on the taller and bigger side that would like to wear your T-Shirts. The reply I received was completely unacceptable.

Just incredibly disappointed. I'm at Sun N Fun 2019 and went to the Sporty's tent to buy a Yeseau handheld. After playing with the radios for 15 minutes or so, not a single "employee" approached me to say hello or ask if they could help me. They had no problem talking to each other. I stood back and watched customer after customer come and go and no one was greeting customers. I walked over to Sarasota Avionics, was greeted promptly and was sold a radio in about 2 minutes.
