I have been trying to get the CFI discount from Sportys over the past few months. I have put my name address etc on the page multiple times so I can get one of my students a discount on their purchases. I have emailed them and the only response I get it that person is not here right now. CFIs don't bother with this. send your students elsewhere

Great quality and fast delivery
Long story short, I got robbed last month and lost all my flight stuff. Insurance sent me a check for replacements, and I bought a new flight bag, Bose Pro Flight headset, and Yaesu radio Thursday morning. All three got here this afternoon. I don't know how y'all did it, but y'all shipped my stuff from Ohio to Tennessee in a day, if not less.
Tragic customer service. Unprofessional level which is uncommon nowadays. Very long response time, and solution of the problem that is not accepted.
Order an item on the 26th of Aug was supposed to be delivered before the 03th of September but they never told me that the item was on back order. They shipped the items 4 days later after order. As I'm in the US till the 03th of September item will arrive after I leave the US. Poor customer support!
I ordered the new Garmin D2 Delta watch with overnight shipping. The watch never showed up and Sportys just blamed the weather for UPS, when I have received a number of other items from UPS during this exact time and also through the same UPS hub. After days of no answers but excuses of the weather I asked when do they ship me a new once since it seems the package has been lost.
