I am a brand new pilot and ordered Sporty’s kit. While ordering from the website I selected “next day air” shipping method and it gave me a date of September 19, 2020 (see photo attached highlighted date). When my order did not arrive I attempted to speak with customer service but was treated like a criminal and they told me that it was back ordered until September 30th. RecommendedFirst class service is what I received on my SP-400 handheld radio repair!
I have received the worst customer service from Sporty’s Preferred Living Division. Three days ago I asked for tracking information on my purchase on three occasions and have yet to have any response whatsoever. Good Customer Service is not part of their ethic. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
They sell some shoddy stuff claiming it to be MilSpec.
After investing thousands in products and online courses, I get shut out of a weather webinar due to capacity? Really Sporty's? I thought you were a leader in aviation education. Cheaping out on your GoToMeeting subscription doesn't seem like something you would do.
