I ordered the metal wheel chocks and the parking devices you can stick to the hangar floor. When the Fedex driver dropped the order off it had come in an OVERSIZED envelope. Who in their right mind ships pieces of metal in envelopes? Apparently Sporty’s does. Seems to me their overall quality has gone down recently. I’m a long time customer and a disappointed one

10 year airline captain. Sport's is a terrible company, On large orders they charge your card then tell you it was declined, Yet shows pending on my bank statement. They held 2100+ dollars hostage of my hard earned money for weeks. Reported to BBB and consumer affairs. Shop Elsewhere!!

No tracking available on your orders. Most likely because they don't want you know that the "guaranteed" delivery dates are made up. They'll sell you thousands of dollars worth of items they don't have in stock without any way of you knowing when you'll get them. They don't even know. That's why they won't let you track delivery like every other company (or private party). You'll only find out when the guaranteed delivery date has come and gone and you contact them.
