I like it.
Very disappointed in the customer service regarding my SP-400 radio. I would have expected Sporty's to do the right thing but they did not after multiple opportunities to do so.

I've ordered from Sporty's for a long, long time. This time they blew it. I needed the product asap and ordered one-day shipping. After no-product for 10 days I called and was informed it was on back order. When I ordered the product it did not mention there was a back order. With customer service, no offer of waiver of one-day shipping charge, and basically telling me "touch luck". Hmmmm. As they say "we know you have lots of choices and thank you for picking us".
