love it- true old Hollywood style hotel. great bar, good staff. pool was relaxing!
Very poor customer service, I have been writing since checking out on the 24th October and still don't have things resolved. Extremely frustrating.!!
Went to a luncheon for work yesterday. The food was horrible. We had our holiday party here last year as well and food was also not edible . The steak was rubbery. Vegetables bland and cheesecake mediocre. I heard we changed venues this year. Wise decision. There was no parking last year and some of us had to walk blocks and also park on street.
It was called Sportsman's Lodge for a reason , they should have kept it looking like a lodge , the lobby is hideous lol
A very wonderful and luxurious atmosphere from the moment I stepped into the lobby. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. So looking forward to the day I return. Keep up the great work.
