went there for my birthday. Had a room which cost $250. And they were having an event Rams Charity event for the La food bank. and I do meals on wheels ( so I get it) and the Door Guy said leave the premises unless I want to pay an additional $175. Omg!

Worst hotel! Worst customer service. Drunk adults in the pool, pot smoking all around, huge party with a PA system outside my room. Basically a club atmosphere! We checked in at 5pm then checked out 4 hours later and they refused to credit us for the stay. Horrible hotel!

RecommendedWas there for a wedding. (Great place for a wedding)never had to drive after parking our car. There’s a shuttle to Universal Studios. The cafe has great food and Mo was such a great addition to giving our family the best experience. Few things: the air conditioner in our room was super loud and we had a dripping tub. But overall such a fun place!
