An intimate setting and fantastic for those warmer seasons(lots of shade). Food selection was excellent and the venue size was perfect. Wait staff was exceptionally wonderful. Fantastic wedding.
Fast check-in and good parking options. The pool is nice with a bar. However the place is worn and needs for example new carpets, furniture and painting. The cafe in the hotel is very sterile with tiles all over. Perfect location of you wish to go to Universal Studios with private shuttle service. All in all a nice hotel wit a lot of room for improvement.
My home away from.home..30 yrs of touring, I always get a pool view room, tops in my book. Love this place.

It's time to maintain that upgrade you did several years back. If your gonna try to keep a Hollywood vibe cool hotel then at least maintain the rooms better. Shower tile was painted and not its starting to peel off all over. While showering you have flakes of paint falling. The staff at the front desk is black and white, meaning if the computer says it then they will not deviate from that.
