Room was nice , hotel was nice too �. However staff were difficult from the start .They wouldn't except my card �. Only place in My 8 week trip in the u.s.a where they made it difficult for me checking in . Not just that .They took a surprise $250.00 deposit out of my account and didn't show it on the invoice . I asked for proof on a statement . They just said talk to your bank in Australia about it. It has been a week, still haven't received my money back. Don't stay with these criminals. ����
This was "THE" place to go in The Valley when I lived here. Not anymore! 4 stars is a joke. Old, worn, dirty in the common areas . Grateful that the room is clean and the bed and pillows are comfy...
We came here with no reservations, no iternary and planned to just stay 1 night, well 4 days in and we are still here. The best hotel we have ever stayed, Christian the desk guy has been the best ever. We got free breakfast for our anniversary and free pool drinks and have felt so welcomed and cared about. We will be back. The pool is magnificent, the patio cafe has the best breakfast and our waiter was superb. I enjoyed my self especially for my peer and their awards and the people!
The Mothers Day brunch this year, May 14, 2017, was magnificent. This year there was a petting zoo and free massages for moms, as well as the spectacular buffet and bottomless mimosas. The slight lag between actual reservation time and availability of tables was probably no worse than any other nice brunch in the Valley - and was compensated for by the animal exhibit and massages while we waited.
It was a very nice afternoon. Good food & good service!
