Bought a New Jeep Compass Trailhawk today! I keep my cars forever and traded in my 8 year old JETTA. Elmer was our sales rep & he was so educational about the features of the vehicle & professional. The Finance guy Matt really worked with us to find the best rate & we were in an out start to finish in just under a couple of hours! The process was easy & comfortable! I highly recommend!
One of the most rude salesman that I have ever met ,all because I wanted my wife to be pleased with what I bought the salseman they call big John went from being nice to plum rude I'll never set foot in there again ,we left there and went to big o dodge and was treated great so we bought a new dodge Laramie from there,so John as you tried to say we're living on a poor man's budget with a luxury dream you no what you can do
Worst service department ever!! Do yourself a favor and avoid them!
