Horrible service writer- actually called me when trying to diagnose a popping in wheels and asked if it might be the COW BELL in the back seat? Never called when part came in, never called back to set appointment, never called to say car ready for pick up - and guess what... it’s NOT fixed! Gave them a poor CSI survey and now they refuse to look at it again so I have to drive out of my way for repairs. Beware!
