I went here to look at new Jeeps once. The management was condescending and rude and really didn't know what they were talking about. After specifically asking to see the new Jeeps they kept trying to sell me a used Jeep which I suspect had been used to conduct a gay orgy because it smelled like feces and semen. I also suspect the former General Manager is an Islamic extremist. Stay away from this place.
Every time I make an appointment for an oil change, whether it be online or over the phone they always say “well we didn’t get your info so it will be a long wait.” And the service guys could be a little more friendly, customer service is a joke. They always look inconvenienced.
RecommendedService department did a GREAT job with my Jeep Wrangler. Barrett, my advisor, kept me informed of the issue and handled it very professionally and in a timely manner. Highly recommend Barrett in Service Dept at Spartanburg CDJR!!!
they are quick to take your money but if after that you need something good luck.. I left message after message day after day and no return calls.... when i bought my jeep they gave me $12 worth of gas and it was filthy... SO VERY DISAPPOINTED ... during the negotiations I was told certain things would be fixed but they never did it... sorta forgot what the had said after papers were signed... RUN PEOPLE RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER
