Unbeknowingly to us, Spartanburg Dodge sold us a car with illegal window tint and locked lugnuts, with no lug key. After several phone calls and visits to the dealership and nearly two months of giving us the runaround, they still refuse to make things right. I guess we will have to pursue litigation options. No, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Thank you!!! Mike and Rick in the service department went over and above to help me. I was frustrated and had contacted another dealership (no solution) and 3 tire stores trying to get the locking lug nuts off my Jeep tire so I could get my tire fixed! I was not very happy by the time I got to them but they treated me with kindness, were extremely helpful and got me in and out in no time! Impressed!
