Well obviously w all the reviews i've read this place has changed a bit. Went in for a recall and came out w the recall fixed plus the part we needed for at least a year was there so they finally fixed that, now we don't have the engine light ding on all the time and rides much smoother. They are not trust worthy. Starts from top to bottom.
Went in to purchase a Renegade and sales guy Howard was awesome. Finance guy Matt on the other hand, took a dump on an otherwise enjoyable transaction when he started aggressively pushing extra warranties. The guy could probably use a new keyboard as he was pounding on it pretty hard after I politely turned down his numerous piss poor attempts at trying to convince me I needed this and that warranty. It should have been and exciting experience instead it felt nothing but hostile.
