My father-in-law bought a truck from this dealership and had SO MANY issues! It is absolutely ridiculous that he has had so many issues with not one, but TWO brand new trucks!

This place has the WORST service department ever. I'm having problems with my van doors in a vehicle that is only a year old and need an oil change. I called over a week ago for an appointment and was told I'd get a call back. Never a word. I tried this morning to of course get no answer and the ever full voicemail. If you have unlimited time and can go in anytime, this place may work for you. If you actually work for a living and have a family, good luck!!!
This place has to have the worst service department in the state at the least. After my mother had an oil leak in her 2014 charger (yes 2014) fixed, some idiot in the service department did not secure a fuel line so here we are on the side of the road in a storm with all of her fuel now on the ground waiting for a tow. How this place stays in business I will never know. DO NOT go here to purchase a vehicle or get a vehicle fixed. P.S. I definitely won't be buying my SCAT PAK from you all because of this crap right here!

I thought they did a great job with my truck and I had a good time even though they were running behind a bit.
Really bad experience with the service manager and the actual service. The manager was really rude and my truck wasn't ready for a whole week after the date they had initially told me. This put my family and I in a really tough situation. Never again.
