I am very disappointed in how I have been treated with the service department and yesterday I was supposed to get a call from Wes and the service manager and still no phone call my car has been in the shop to get fixed and the same problems is happening again and they do not know how to fix it. I have a 2016 chrysler 200 I bought a new car so that I could have dependable transportation to be able to take my husband back and fourth to duke university hospital. Other than having a appointment for a service check up with oil change which still took 2 hours the staff was very professional and did come into waiting room to let me know they were behind and it would not be much longer. Other than long waits , the staff was very nice
We took our big "kids" shopping for their first car. Phillip was easygoing and no pushy sales tactics. They bought their first car from him at SCD and had a good experience!!
Worst service experience I have ever had. If I had known how rude the staff is and uneducated the mechanics are I would have never purchased a Dodge.
Well after having a bad experience with the manager Wes about a month ago and leaving a bad review, the general Manager Amit Patel left his number for me to call, so I did and we ironed it out and I agreed to take bad review down. Was lied to about car fax when purchased vehicle. When I go in to upgrade to a new vehicle, NUMEROUS times I was told we will call back, never did, texted with sales person said he would get me numbers and never did, and manger as well said would call back and did not. LIARS AND LAZY!! And depreciated the value of the truck they sold me, saying they are a dime a dozen(has upgrades most tradesman do not) but when I bought it wouldn't budge on price because they claimed it was unique.
Made an appt for an oil change and when I arrived there was no appt in the system, had to be worked in. Previously shopped here for a vehicle and asked sales to submit credit app to one specific bank and they sent it to 7.
Just purchased my second vehicle from Spartanburg CDJ in less than 2 years. Philip Crockett was my sales man and we are glad we stopped by. Found a great car at a great price and we can not be thrilled enough. Thank you again Spartanburg CDJ! #HappyReturnCustomer
