My experience with Spartanburg CDJR was nothing but exceptional. I already had a good idea of what I wanted and was not pressured to look at anything else. I did have a few questions about the financing options & they were explained clearly and thoroughly. Spartanburg CDJR was not the closest dealership to me, but I am glad that I took the time to go over there.

Had an appointment with the service department at 9am. At 10am, I was told just how much the service would be and it would be another 45 minutes. I told them I would be waiting on the service. It didn't matter, they still had at least 12 other people in the waiting room at the same time. Totally inconsiderate of my time away from work. Very poor customer service
Wow all these bad reviews! I bought my truck new in 2015 and so far so good. Last week a lady called me and said my truck had 2 recalls and made me an appointment for 2pm today. When I arrived I was told it was actually 3 recalls and it would take 2 hours. I went in and sat down for about 15 minutes then went out to look at the cars to pass time. I was out there maybe 10 minutes when they came and said it was ready. I'm sorry a lot of people has had a bad experience but mine went really good.
Went in last night on the used lot side looking for a jeep, the older salesman was a jerk to say the least. I guess he didn't want my money. Also went to the new lot and can say man there was a little nicer but will take my money somewhere else. This for sure isn't the same place I purchased my first car from.
