We signed up because there was a special at Costco. We have had nothing but problems. Our cooler broke and they kept replacing with faulty coolers. So there were days we could not even use the water because there was no cooler. Then their system kept kicking off the auto pay so our waters would not be delivered. And now they have changed our route schedule twice in 2 months without notifying us. This left us without water for 3 days! I love my water but is it really from Georgia Natural Spring water???
I will be making sure to tell all just how upset I have been for almost 2 years about the horrible service I have received...I had a wonderful route driver who was given a larger route for 3 years...I am sure he is doing great for those customers...but since we were given any random trainee to service our account I have had the WORST service I have gotten from ANY delivery company IN MY LIFE...DS Waters is not concerned with Customer Service...they are however VERY concerned with fattening their wallets...this family that pa... read more
