bad delivery service. I'm an initial customer. first schedule was March 20. i was waiting and checked the app. the date was gone. i called. they said it was rescheduled for March 24. i waited. then i checked the app. the date was gone again. i called. the customer service lady spoke with the supervisor and had my delivery escalated. they rescheduled for tomorrow March 25! i told the customer representative on the phone, i hope that gets delivered tomorrow or i will cancel. you guys haven't even started and you're FAILING BIG... read more
I haven’t even received my dispenser or water yet and I am already cancelling. I have been flaked on twice with no notifications. Worst company I have ever dealt with, I can’t even get a hold of customer service without a 2 hr hold. do not order sparkletts water through Costco, you will not be happy.
The worst service ever, please don't buy water from this company, the never deliver the water on time & they don't bill you correctly & on top of that they send you to collection.. :( VERY UPSET!!!
Absolute WORST company on the planet! With them for 3 years and NEVER got a delivery correct. Why 3 years? Very busy family and far from a local dispenser. We contacted them today for ANOTHER MISSED DELIVERY, told them to come pick up the containers and dispenser, they said "sorry we can't come until the 21st (2 days away) BUT the supervisor says "if we deliver a bottle today will you continue with us?" Um WHAT, you can't pick up the dispenser but you can deliver water? And Costco has this company on their site? We're going ... read more
Got the service through Costco and I've had it for 2 years already. I was very excited and always recommended to friends and family. But everything suddenly changed and the deliveries stopped happening. Delivery dates kept changing and still not honored. Had to get my own water from the grocery store. I stopped all deliveries while I search for a new water delivery service, and they don't care at all to lose a customer. Offered right away to cancel my service without an apology or empathy. Over charged for their service and sent me to collections without warning. What a bunch of scammers!
Worst company ever. Don’t get water from them. They never deliver on time. They Add to your bill without your constant and make you pay for it. They never take responsibility for their actions. Absolute worst customer service.
I cancelled my service and was told that there is a chance that I could get a credit for several of the unopened bottles. Sparkles picked up my unopened bottles I received a bill with a charge of 3 bottles and I didn’t get a credit. I called to inquire about the credit and was told that they can’t give credits on bottles that have already delivered.
