I've been trying to get bottles picked up forever now. They keep pushing the date and then never showing up. I've been told the driver will call me, they never have. Tomorrow, I receive a fine from my HOA because the bottles have been sitting in front of my door for weeks and we have construction going on in the hallway. We are disputing bill, had to hang up on Yvette because she refused to transfer me to the correct department, called back the next rep was more helpful, but this is why we go with local companies.
Don't order from this company !! I've been trying to return my empty bottles for a month and they just put me on hold then tell me a manager will call ?! No one ever calls ! Rude customer service and very under educated ! Nothingstealing money !!
A pepper tree that fell, in front of your location over a month ago, maybe a fire hazard? Why not prevent a possible safety issue?
THIS COMPANY HAS ZERO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS! THey make UNITED AIRLINES LOOK LIKE A FIVE STAR CO. SHAME ON YOU FOR EXPECTING A ( 90 YEAR OLD TO RETURN EQUIPMENT THEy WONT PICK UP AFTER 5 YEARS of BEING A CUSTOMER. CHOOSE ANOTHER CO WARNING!!!!!
WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! Signed up as a new customer 2 months ago received wrong dispenser which they continually charged me for. I've spent 2 hours trying to get my refund and have them pick up the wrong dispenser!!!! Apparently my issue has been escalated to a Regional Manager now and STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!!!! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY all you're signing up for is to get the run around and headaches!!!!
