The absolute worst customer service ever... virtually nonexistent! every time you call, if you get through they will tell 10 times how sorry they are and that you are a valued customer... but if you ask to do something about it, they put you on hold indefinitely... I checked... left my phone for an HOUR!!!! and nobody took it off the hold... Also, these guys sign you up at COSTCO - DO NOT SIGN UP BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO UN-SIGN UP! YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY OF YOUR DEPOSIT BACK EITHER.
I would suggest you DO NOT sign up for sparkletts home delivery. Got a deal at the county fair and have really enjoyed the cool crisp water. Deliveries and customer service on the other hand have been terrible. Totally awful.
Sparkletts is a more ney hungry greedy corporation that needs to be boycotted. They keep bilking your after you tell them you don't want service and they all's take their time about delivering water and they deliver water under so many brand names it's as if they are constantly reinventing themselves. BOYCOTT THEIR BUSINEESES ALL OF THEM BUY ARROWHEAD INSTEAD

I've had Sparkletts service for over 30 years. I'm about to cancel because I can't get anyone on the phone. Says it's disconnected. Emailed customer service 3 times now nothing. My water unit is leaking and I need it replaced. Not good not good
I have been trying to get through for a week to change my address. I have come to loathe your company and would NEVER recommend you EVER!!!!!! My time is valuable and you have wasted too much of it. I don't care about changing my address now because I am stopping service with you!!!
