The worst customer service today. I had a Csr rep by the name of shenek (think that was her name), who was basically a robot in her responses and couldn't answer a simple question or justify I had to be transfered all of a sudden and the first time. When i asked to speak to her manager, she wouldn't and then deflected to the point I got so frustrated I decided to transfer. I guess that's the way they do business. I'm going to be looking to spend my Monet else where.
Buyer beware! Their customer service is awful. Broken promise after broken promise. Do not trust them. We are set up to get one bottle a month. They delivered 3. We called customer service. They promised to pick up the two bottles. Instead they delivered 2 more leaving 4 bottles sitting on my porch. For 3 days they have promised to pick them up. Today the supervisor promised she would call me back about the pick up. Once again no call and the bottles are still sitting on my porch. Not sure what more we can do
Really irritated by your service! I called today because my delivery hasn't arrived by 4 pm. I spoke with a service rep who said they'd contact the driver and have them call me, which never happened. When my delivery driver, David did come, he dropped off two bottles, which I typically get three, rang the doorbell and split. He never took the empties or nothing. Do not order water from this company. At the beginning when I started my service the messed up my account. I set a order for 1 bottle every 2 weeks they were giving 4 instead. It took numerous calls to get it fix and get a credit to my account. Now I’m moving across state they were suppose to pick up my water Wednesday. Today is Friday they still have not picked it up. Cancelling today. I have had a leaky cooler that was to be replaced. IO was told to leave it on my porch 7/21 and it would be exchanged 7/22. It was not. I called 7/23 and was told there was a problem with the drivers inventory, they were sending another one out on 7/25. Again no cooler. Called today and the customer service rep suggested I have cases of individual water delivered instead of using a cooler??!!! Buh by Sparkletts. PS. copying Costco, I can't believe they have Sparkletts as an approved vendor.
I am extremely sad that Pure Flo Water no longer exists. I was a long-time customer because of water quality AND excellent customer service. I do not consent to becoming a Sparklett's customer, so I will be looking for other options.
Inconsistent delivery service, no customer service when you call beyond 'I do apologize'. The route manager obviously doesn't keep track of his drivers. I have one sitting in front of my house now taking a personal call on speaker phone. Yes I have video.

two years ago i was promised a credit for the overcharging sparkletts had done on my water that was delivered. they were charging me more than their website stated their charges were. I have paid my bills consistently for the current charges, talked to delivery driver about it and called several times regarding the credit but it was never taken care of. It is a major amount of money....$29.00 and they don't think 28 years of being a customer is worth that. So unless i can find the invoice i wrote the guys name and everything... read more
