RecommendedAnyone trying to get fairly priced, quality rural internet access has likely come to know the frustrations and limitations involved. In my time with SPARK Services they have been courteous and honest. The reason I have stayed a customer is because of this.
ill admit initially I had my doubts about spark but the fact that they care enough about our services to seek out a new carrier and get us truly unlimited internet really turned me around and their techs are top notch!! thank you Bryar!!!
Owner and employees were slammed when provider unexpectedly shut off service. They are a five employee office, working around the clock to get all customers back to the excellent service that they have been known for. The five days we had to use our cellular data was frustrating and we are glad it’s back on. Before Spark, we had Windstream. It was horrible and not having service for a couple of days was nothing new. Rural internet was iffy at best. Patience is key with the switchover.

Great customer service!I 100% recommend! Just want to give a shout out to sparks internet service and specifically Robert Allen. He went above and beyond to get me back online. If you’re having issues, I can guarantee you they are working diligently to get everyone back up and working properly. Just the ten min I was there I seen that first hand exactly. Very bad customer service. Internet buffering at least 60% of the time. Way too expensive for what you get. Do Not recommend
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! HANDS DOWN THE BEST!! I brought my PC in and picked it up in a timely manner, but when I got home, I was having some trouble connecting my monitor back to the PC. This company helped me over the phone and then offered me a new cord to try. The new cord worked and I've been ever so grateful!! I was very impressed with the company here in Muskogee! THANK YOU SPARKS 😊
