Their Customer service team was quick to respond and answer any of my questions, my order was received very quickly, and I had a great experience so far with the service and coverage.
We recently built a house which was a crazy experience. It’s finally done and come to find out, we can’t get any high speed internet in our area. The only speed we could get was 3mpbs. We live in a very rural area and our phones barely work. We just got Spark services yesterday and I am so happy. My kids can game, I can finally work on my computer. I have connected 6 drives and there is no loss in quality. If you are put off by the cost you will NOT find another company that offers you the same speeds and data. Can’t run an iPad and tv at the same time. Terrible service goes in and out constantly. Has nothing to do with area since att has lines out here. Stick with this until starlink or spectrum comes in. Att has lines but doesn’t have rights to area. I’d pick another provider if you have a chance to.
Installed a faulty screen, then replaced it with another one and said didn’t know what was wrong. Went somewhere else where they replaced the subpar part with a good one. Only to be told they would refund the current cost of the screen but not what I paid 2 months ago. And refunded the discounted amount to a card that doesn’t exist anymore.

after multiple poor experiences with other providers, these folks are AMAZING. follow up, prompt service, and TWICE the speed and less ping than I have been able to get before. happy rural internet person
