My internet service has been out for almost a day and I rely on it to work from home. Everytime I call or chat in for technical support they say that a ticket has been created and a tech will contact me. Techs are not available over the phone and will only contact through email. My bill is paid on time every month and I think over $1,300 a year should qualify me for a little troubleshooting when my internet isnt working. Tech support is a joke to these people. They will not tell you what's even wrong, say they created a repair ticket, and keep repeating that because they are clueless. Don't waste your money on this service specially if you're trying to work from home. They have a record of cancelling people's accounts for no reason too so watch out.
anyone using a outdoor cell booster anntana? We get low signals and can only use the spark box on certain devices. need to know if anyone uses/work with an antenna and what brand. were in rural area
This company has very responsive customer service. It's a great choice for those who need internet access via cell tower.
The team at Spark has been great to work with. I can tell that they really care about their clients. They’ve gone the extra mile for us time and again. Fair terms, straight forward pricing and billing, timely professional service.
Would not recommend! Shut off my internet twice without warning. They will say that they email you the “bill is due” but never notify you and shut off service. Also will not turn you back on until the next business day. Even if payment is made. The lady Joanne in the office is very unreasonable. Just a very unorganized company. Hopefully they find new management. Again I would not recommend this company.
