we recently cancelled our service from spark due to price increases poor customer service and data restrictions. cancelled at the beginning of December 2020, mailed the equipment back to them. we still received a bill for December and now have been billed for January 2021. spark said they have no record of our cancellation and that they have also not received our equipment that was returned. customer service was terrible from the time we started our service with spark and now we are being billed for a service we no longer ha... read more

Highly recommend! I had service with 2 other providers that used T-Mobile. T-Mobile cut us off for overages. We were supposed to have 800 gigs but apparently not. I called Spark Services and talked to Joann and she got my equipment out that afternoon! Great service, and she even sent an email a couple of weeks later to be sure everything was going good.

Can't believe since covid started. We are charged more since the kids are on e-learning. I think them getting rid of the unlimited and charging more as covid started is taking advantage of a pandemic

We do have unlimited. Yes, the pricing did go up but we can't help that when they are raising our prices. They are totally taking advantage. But, I don't have you listed as a customer.
