RecommendedI was having issues with my graphics card. I mostly use my computer for gaming and nothing business wise. I got assisted by one their techs named Bryar who remote logged in (which is super important to me do to COVID worries) to my PC and fixed the issue within minutes. Turned out to be just a bad driver. I was treated like a long time customer even though this was my first time using their services. 10/10 would recommend.

Enjoying my new unlimited internet, no throttling, 46mbps download speeds and 25 upload speeds. Highly recommended.
So far the service is great. I had another company and my internet service stayed down and couldn't get any resolution. Customer Service was very courteous and eager to answer any questions I had. I would recommend the service.
Spark Services was very easy to deal with and get started with! Easy to talk with on the phone, quick to respond that my equipment was in the mail and very easy to hook up! Service was better immediately than the HughesNet I had before! I still need the outdoor antennas because we live in such a rural area-but- I still have service while I am waiting! I love the portability of Spark Service as well. We spend time in Florida and I can take my wifi with me! Thank you Spark Services!
