RecommendedWe have never been able to find a reliable source of internet where we live. We have paid outrageous amounts for tv/WiFi services that weren’t even worth the money. With Spark, we now get excellent service as well as amazing customer service for a great price! Not to mention setup was so simple and no paying high prices for a tower, just one simple box plugged in to the wall.
As most know, when living in a rural area, Satellite is everyone's go to for service. For years we were mindful in watching our usage. I did a lot of research and decided on Sparks Services, they are larger than most companies that I researched, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It was fast shipping and worked right out of the box. Great company and great customer service. We couldn't be more pleased with Sparks Services and their great staff.

Great friendly people. I have used them for a couple months and have not had any issues.
Just received my router yesterday. Took about 30 seconds to install and works great. Unlike other rural internet solutions the folks at spark were really responsive to questions, delivered on time as promised and have been a breeze. Obviously they can’t control the speeds, but to have working internet with the ability to stream has opened up a world of freedom.
Very responsive customer service and the internet works great in our area where no other internet works. Highly recommended!
So, I cannot express yall how great this company is. We live in the Nashville area and, ever since the bombing on Christmas Day, all services (At&t and others) have been difficult. We had a different service that was unresponsive (at best) and Spark has been there must helpful, amazing team. They have gone aboveand beyond to help us every time we have had issues, that I cannot express my thankfulness at their hard work and empathy in trying to get us up and running.
