Awful, put in a claim with warranty for an expensive spa cover that was defective and they blamed, me, the customer. I would never recommend purchasing from this company
I called after waiting 3 weeks for my Spa Cover to come in.. Only to find out it would probably take another week to finalize and who knows how long it will take to ship it. Wish I would've shopped around a little before picking the first Spa supplier I ran across. The service personnel I spoke to are very nice and professional, but that doesn't get my spa covered.. It just seems waiting a month for merchandise is a little extreme.. Don't know if I'll continue to do business with them..

What a great company to work with. I purchased a spa from them knowing it would take time for manufacturing and shipping. Was so surprised when I got a message that it was on it's way. Although there is a small leak, (which happens) they are on top of having the factory send someone to make the repair and they have stayed in contact with me. Who does that these days. To me, customer service is everything, and they are on top of it. Also the spa went on sale after my purchase and they gave me a store credit for the difference... read more

Excellent service ordered yesterday and it came today. I asked about a filter and received answer in an hour or so. Half the price of brick and mortar stores.
