It was totally my fault, but I ordered the wrong pump for my spa. I contacted Spa Depot and they quickly got back to me with the correct pump details and are going to let me return the other one for refund. I will have to pay the return shipping, but they are sending me the label, so it will be at their discounted rate, so I'm happy. From now on, I will order all of my supplies from them.
