1. Order shipped and was soaking through box when delivered. I was home so refused. Notified customer care. 2. Customer care had a new order shipped. Fed Ex left box as I was not home. Soaking wet box. Insufficient air speed packing. Bottle tops not secured. Loose and leaking. 3. Customer care shipped liquid part of order again. Arrived wet again! No air speed packing. No packing material at all. Tops taped but not tight. 4. Unbelievable Bummer. 5. Ordered in the past. Doubtful in future.
I had recieved a notice the cover shipped, after 2 weeks of still waiting I contacted Spa Depot only to learn it had not shipped and each cover was made as ordered placed. I would like to suggest the group the colors in categories by common name....Like.. blue.. brown...black.. then if you want to put an unusual name at least you don't think you ordered grey and get brown. I ordered several products for my spa. They were shipped and received in a timely fashion. All the bottles were in mint condition (sometimes companies destroy things during packing). I will definitely order again. I can't wait to try out some of the "non-essential" things I ordered such as the aromatherapy crystals.
I am not even sure how to express my dissatisfaction with this company. On 9/29 I ordered a hot tub. Spadepot notified me that it had shipped. Weeks passed and no cover. I called the shipping company and they had no idea what the tracking number provided was for. After contacting SpaDepot they stated the cover was LOST. A new one was to be expedited and shipped shortly after 11/29. To date, no notification of shipment or update from SpaDepot. You have had my money for 2 months and nothing.
