RecommendedLast summer, l ordered a replacement spa cover. Was a little hesitant ordering online but it fit perfectly. It took about 3 weeks but arrived close to the expected date. Very happy with the workmanship and quality...plus great price!!!
God help you if you ever need customer service. I was cussed at, and literally screamed at. I’ve had the hot tub less than 2 months. ‘Warranty’ is not a word that they like there. When I kept asking for a ‘boss’ they refused to tell me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!

I purchased a spa cover back in may 2018. They said it would take 4 weeks. It is Now July 14th... Where is my cover? Do not buy from this business. I didnt even get a phone call.. poor customer service...

Purchased a brand new spa kit from this company. Spent almost $4500 and I received the item with a scratch. Missing parts and the water jets I spent $300 on are not not as they were pictured on the order.
