There is NO return policy. This is a purchaser, taking your money to purchase items from other companies for you. You return the item to the other company AND Spa Depot keeps your money. $378.42 lesson learned.
Better customer service. My spa broke and I do not need the brand new water purifiers I purchased. They are unopened but I am past their 30 day return window. Gee I guess I should have told my spa that it had to die within 30 days of placing the order.
RecommendedWe had issues with our hot tub. We talked to Ryan and he was great, very patient and walked us through troubleshooting. Found the issue and ordered a spa pack. Hooked it up and only one pumped worked. Ryan was on vacation so we talked to Tyler, very patient and walked us through everything. Found out it was a fuse in which they sent out ASAP! Very Helpful people. I started off by just ordering a few small supplies for my very old hot tub that was gifted to me. I basically had to rebuild the frame and make some small repairs. But then I blew a pump 😩. I called the customer service line and was directed to the appropriate people who help me choose the correct pump for my spa. Dustin, Dustin, Dustin... I have been a customer of theirs for several years. The last purchase I made (Feb. 2019) was for a heating element and cables for my spa (totaling around $50). I ended up receiving an entire skidpad unit ($500) along with my heating element and they charged me for it. When calling to clear up their mistake, they refused to admit they messed up and were EXTREMELY rude to me. They charged me the shipping as well as a 10% restocking fee! What a joke.
