I am totally a SPA DEPOT FAN!!! They have great repair parts at a very reasonable price! Customer service is fantastic!!! Anytime I had a question I would email them and within minutes I had a response and that is very important when timing is a factor when installing parts!!! AAAAAA++++++++

ALERT TO CONSUMERS: DO NOT PURCHASE A DURATHERM SPA COVER!!! Ours filled with water, which rusted the inside metal, and caused the vinyl to rip while opening. After weeks and a lot of time communicating with Duratherm Cover Warranty Department, we received a very large piece of foam. Come to find out, that is all that was covered....and we have to figure out how to put this together ourselves!! I bought my hot tub from a different company, they have new filters for $60. After lots of research I found the filter here for half the price! I was worried it wouldn't fit or not be as good of quality but it fit great. It was exactly what I needed and I just placed my second order.
