Usually have to wait over an hour just for oil change only. Was very happy this last time I was in and out under an hour.
I helped a family member buy their first new car. We we signed all the papers we were told what the due date was, but you would have a 10 day grace period. Boy was that wrong. Because of they way she gets paid and the due date on the car, there has been a couple of times that payment has been made a few days after it was due. The phone calls start at 8:00 am after the due date. Please don't tell your customers they have a grace period, because they don't.
Took my car in for a safety recall to be fixed. Should have only taken a day for the repairs. They ended up keeping my car for five days due to them not having the part. I could completely understand that but there is no follow up call at all. When I go to pick up my car today they broke the panel they were supposed to fix. Spoke to a very unprofessional assistant service manager and he told me that I could buy the part and he would pay for labor. Why should I have to pay for something one of your service technician broke.
I took m change GMC in for an oil. I was in and out within an hour. I really like the car wash they give with the service.
I am always satisfied with the service I receive at South Towne .....The service was fast to considering I didn't get in there until after 10am....
