I went in for my free oil change on the Chevy Cruz I purchased. I didn't have to wait very long at all. The tires were rotated and they washed my car. I was very pleased with the whole experience!
I had tires rotated on my 2011 Cadillac dts along with the walk-around and multi-point inspection. They didn't take long to complete the job.

Had some break problems on my Genesis. Southtowne handled it great especially Forrest Smith. Cars are getting more difficult to differentiate...service is not. I continue to get great service from Tommy, and Forrest and the Southtowne team (and Hal) - I will keep buying cars here and recommend them to the people I know. Thanks again.
Took our 2016 Tahoe in for recall campaign to reprogram the SDM module. We were first alerted to the recall notice through the weekly On-Star update. I read and understood that the dealer would need to reprogram the SDM module (front collision). Made the appointment, arrived on time, and was in and out in about an hour.
