We had the best experience buying a new GMC Sierra at Southtown. I went to several other dealerships, and the sales staff was either too pushy or didn't have the time for me. So happy when I went to Southtown and met Rick Hancock! He wasn't pushy at all, and made sure we got the best deal.

Excellent service no cost due to my warranty time conscious
If you want excellent customer service and a great deal, Diane Spurling is your lady! When we first went to Hyundai we had a different sales person and they were very disappointing. We decided to go back the next week and give them another try and luckily they passed us on to Diane! She was so helpful! She took time to show me all the bells and whistles and worked with me and my husband on getting the best deal!
So far so good. We bought a new Buick Encore in December, first oil change with appt went fast and smooth. Just bought a 2010 or Vette July 29. It is in for a couple of issues that were promised to be fixed currently. Sales team was excellent both times.
Customer service in service station repeatedly poor. Don't know if it's lack of employees, experience, training or what. Appt at 10:30 to avoid a long wait. Get there and am told an hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation. Saw car brought around after service, after 20 more minutes I went asking if it was finished. No telling how long it would have been if I hadn't said something. Done with Southtowne. Will go to Jim Ellis.
