Last few times the service department has done a tremendous job at service and communication! Also have a GREAT sales rep named Rick Hancock..go see him for a new or used car!
Great Service! Always busy but the wait isn’t too bad if you schedule ahead of time! Only bad experience I’ve had was yesterday when the car wash broke and I’m assuming hydraulic oil covered the passenger side of my vehicle. They rewashed the vehicle for me but I ended up having to clean it again once I was home. Hopefully I don’t see any issues from that!
I did a walk in for an oil change & William Warren got me checked in quickly so I could get my truck back & finish my day

Service is always as presented. Personnel such as David always treats me with respect even if others are waiting. You never are made to feel you are not the most important customer of the day
the people were very friendly.
Paul in service is great.
They try hard to work with you and care about each individual. Even wash my truck sometimes when I get it serviced! I’ve never known any Chevy dealerships that have done that.
