made a reservation to look at a truck. drive 45 mins, just for them to tell me its sold. I didnt like the way he said it..went home called about the same truck to only be told yes it's on the lot and still for sale. will not return and will Not recommend. in fact I will tell anyone that will listen to stay far away from them.

They sent out an ad for a sale they are having so we went to purchase this 2019 GMC Arcadia SLE stk # 1940512 yesterday and they said the ad was a “mistake” and they will not be selling that car at that price. The manager Ken Spurling was very rude and said that they have the car in stock but you won’t be getting it at that price. We are not going to let this go and will be reporting it and following up but buyer beware. It’s unfortunate, but dealerships like this is why the automotive industry has such a poor stigma.
Although I have never been to this Dealership. I left a bad review here before getting this one mixed up the Hyundai Southtowne. Chad contacted me to and I honestly couldn't have been more helped from just talking to someone for five minutes. I was given terrible service at the Hyundai location and this location tried to fix it even though it was not there fault at all. Very frustrating experience. We spoke with Jessica twice today about a used truck; the second time was around 5 pm to let her know we were on our way to see the truck. We drove 2 hours to get there only to find out the truck had been sold at 10 am! How did she not know this?!?!
My parents have taken their Terrain in for oil changes for 1.5 yrs complaining about the check engine light coming on, however the assistant manager has blown my mom off the entire time, 1. Until her warranty ran out 2. Knowing there was a class-action lawsuit for that very reason It wasn’t until my mom contacted GM Corporate directly, and THEY contacted Southtowne that management finally has to take responsibility!! No need to “hide” facts, eventually customers will find out about recalls & class action lawsuits!!
