RecommendedI recommend Southtowne Chevrolet service department to anyone. I normally see Jason when I arrive but other service writers (Larry, Paul, and Tim) have always been there for help in case Jason was off. The waiting area is very comfortable and everybody I ever had contact with was eager to make my trip a pleasant experience. I would go nowhere else.

Friendly service which is typically done in a reasonable amount of time. Coupons are sent out which helps keep the price reasonable as well.
Over all; the sales person (Corey) was very helpful in finding the car I was looking for. On the other hand there was a team member who approached me in the middle of my conversations with Corey that using old tricks in the book tried to induce me the fear of loosing the first car that I looked at to other customer, which btw was not well perceived from my side. I did not select the first car I looked at and I'm happy with the car I purchase.

Just had the best experience at Southtowne Motors of Newnan!! The staff was all very nice and professional and Benny Dodd was able to help us get the best deal on our trade in. We are so happy with our new GMC!!
Really sad what the new ownership group has done to ruin a great dealership.

I love the service with a smile from start to finish. Even when I'm having a not so good day. I've been going here for over 2 years and what I love most is the same familiar faces, my own service consultant and the service. I most definitely recommend the service!
