Excellent service, I received a new car even with bad credit. I was shown how to use all the features, most features are computerized. I was offered the rebate which helped with the down payment. Every one I had to work with was professional and very helpful.

Just had a very extensive service done, which was very nicely managed by Jason and Fulton who both personally spent a lot of time helping to track down a mystery noise. The warranty work was excellent, the customer service (including rental/loaner car team) was excellent, communication was excellent and they even gave my truck back clean. This is the second time we've had to take our GMC vehicles in for something big, and these guys deliver everytime.
This is our second new vehicle at Southtowne.....Rick Hancock was awesome to work with on both deals! We highly recommend them for true, honest to goodness customer service! Thanks, guys!!!
