They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied!!! They are truly a breath of fresh air!!! Great service!!!
This service department is awful! My sales rep said they found an issue with the computer software in the car , service department says there wasn't an issue. The issues happened while the car was STATIONARY. My car was in the shop for two weeks and they drove the vehicle 400 miles while it was there! I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Southtowne but will never again buy from them because of their service.
You're dealer for life if you have nothing else to do. Took my car for a recall. Twice. They never touched it.

Had one of the best experiences ever here. I could not be happier with the car that I bought my salesman Ronnie was very helpful and very knowledgeable about my car and the trade-in they walk me through step-by-step the process as this was the first car ever purchased will definitely be back.
Never again will I ever come here. Took my car in for recall repairs and they broke the nipple on the coolant reservoir going to the intake. Saying I have a small leak on surge fitting. They of course can fix it for $158. This was clearly pushed down on and busted, but they say they didn't do during this mornings recall repairs....My mechanic change my oil yesterday and this was not like this!!!! Coolant sprayed all over my engine and now my car is not desirable. DO NOT use Southtowne Chevrolet Newman if you value your trans... read more
