I purchased my first vehicle at Southtown. After going to multiple dealerships, multiple salesmen pushing cars at me that I told them was a little bit out of my price range, I finally went to Southtown just to "look around". I left with my first car and the salesman, Ross Ables, made SURE I left happy and in my price range, if not even under my price range for extra comfort. I had an "appointment " to have my car checked. ...6hrs after appointment time, I returned to dealership to check on results and they had not looked at it. They were just taking it in. Why do you need an appointment if this is how they honor their own system. The service rep told me that they take cars of people who wait first, so why encourage clients to make appointments??? Talk about poor business practices, they win the prize. Never again!!!

So disappointed!! I got my car out of the shop on Friday after it had been in the shop since the 16th only for it to shut off on me as I was getting on the interstate. Ethan helped in getting me a tow and a loaner. But when I got the loaner it had little gas and it was dirty. I am very disappointed.
