We had an excellent experience looking for a new car. Both the sales people we have dealt with were knowledgeable and helpful. I apprecite that they were interested in showing us their vehicles and informing us about each model and explaining the differences. We have decided that this is the dealer we'll buy from. Now, which of those beautiful SUVs will it be?
These people will work with you every way possible to help resolve a problem. I would recommend them to all. Your time is their time and I like that.

Their service department is the worst on earth. After a year of telling them our car we just bought doesn't run right and them denying it, we took it to another GM dealer. The other dealer noticed right away the issues and fixed them. Southtowne still denies any wrong doing, even though we now have proof.
I have been a customer of Southtowne motors for quite a long time now and have used them for service and buying cars. when I bought my current auto thru them in 2014, I had nothing but excellent service from the sales rep. and I have always used their service department for all my Chevrolet vehicles. I have a regular service advisor who always treats me and my car needs with the up most care and concern . I always receive great service at Southtowne. I have 2 cars currently that I bought there and always take back there for regular service. Never a problem with the service department. I have been buying cars there and using their service department since 1994. Any time I ever had a problem I just let them know and they work with me. I'm sure my next one will come from there.
