RecommendedI got to South Pointe Honda an hour early for an appointment to have my wife’s CRV serviced and they got me right in. The service department was very friendly and courteous. They did a very thorough job. This is where we will more than likely buy our next new car.

Normal oil change. Received polite service and help. 11/2 hrs.
Horrible service. Waited 15 minutes just to pay a oil change and the guy that help me didn’t even remember I was waiting. I will never go back to buy or do a oil change on my car really bad service experience both times. Please go to a place that really wants to help and are happy with their job.�

They were very helpful and no pressure at all. We spent less time there than when I bought my truck at Jim Glover.
Erik did an awesome job job getting me in and out on short notice today to have oil changed & advise of future service needs & best plan to handle.
Charlie who helped us was so kind, patient , and helped us in every way . This is our second Honda from here and we keep coming back because the people at Honda are very helpful and not pushy , plus we really like Honda cars!!
As yet the work gets done and I have had reasonable feedback throughout process. Estimate was within range and final was below estimate. Professional throughout.
