RecommendedAlthough, unless I get here really early in the morning, the wait time seems to be a bit much at times. I always ask for Eric when I arrive. In my opinion... he’s the best!
They have excuses for everything. The service manager doesn’t return phone calls. My family bought 2 cars in one purchase. I know we aren’t the first to do so but service manager treats customers like they all fall into the dealership lot and all buy to help support his paycheck with the services.
Totally recommend the service department here! I have never purchased a vehicle here, so I can't speak to that. We are very new to Tulsa, so I knew nothing about the local dealerships... I've had a couple things done on my Honda Odyssey and Paul Brussard & Patrick Fase were both professional and friendly. Would recommend to friends and family! :)
This is the fourth time to have my vehicle in for left hand front fender issue. I’ve been told every time that it is fixed. We’ll see.
If you are looking for a “go to” place to take care of all your vehicle needs, this is the place! I’ve always felt taken care of and not taken advantage of. You can tell they take customer satisfaction seriously.

E-mail reminder & e-appointment arrangements were a breeze, even for a not-so-tech-savvy old guy. Made setting up the appointment dropping off the car (& we live 40 miles from SouthPointe) very predictable. Qiuick response from the service team as soon as car was inspected. Easy pick up, pay at service dept. Couldn’t have been much easier!
I was leaving BA to go back home to TX when my car had trouble starting. I made it to South Pointe Honda and Patrick and crew got my battery changed and on my way in a little over an hour. Excellent service!
