RecommendedGenerally speaking, car shopping is in the top 3 things that I despise doing the most. But Charlie is amazing!! He sold us a Civic last year and it was actually a great experience. When we were in a car accident earlier this week and found out the car was a total loss, we knew exactly where we were going and who we wanted to deal with. Thank you Charlie and everyone at South Pointe for making this very unplanned purchase another great experience.
Roy was an excellent salesman and guide when purchasing my new 2018 Honda CR-V EX-L. There was no pushing or haggling over the reasonable price of the vehicle. The sales team was there to answer all my questions and helped guide me through the features of the vehicle when I purchased it. I will come back to South Pointe Honda for my next car!

bought a used van in may of this year. last week on my way to my job the tie rod goes out . had to be towed to then discovered that the front tires on the inside of both tires completely bawled and wires coming out. Definitely was a situation before I bought the van that wasn't visible. now looking at 1800 in repairs. very lucky not having to bury a family member or myself or and innocent person on the highway. very thankful I wasn't driving on the highway at a higher speed. made several calls and attempts to talk to the sal... read more
