I definitely felt taken advantage of by the finance group. Lesson learned... buying a new car is just as shady as buying a used car. Take your time and read everything with a fine tooth comb!

Took my Civic in for front realignment, Eric was very helpful and explained what they found during their inspection of my car and every thing that needed done soon and what could wait, and explained I could go the website to get coupons for the work.

RecommendedBringing my car in for routine maintenance was a relaxing experience. Patrick Fase was very professional and welcoming. He took me to the waiting area, where there was bottled water and a fancy coffee machine! I made myself a latte and visited with other ladies who were also waiting. My work was done quickly and my car was washed when I left the service area! A good experience all the way around.
Patrick saw that I had been waiting for someone to help me in the service department. He came up and apologized for the wait. He was genuine and nice. The service was great. It would have been 5 stars but they really need more people there to help out.
I LOVE my pre-owned car from Southpointe. It's a beautiful car, well priced, and the experience was great. My salesperson, Buck, was good to work with. I picked it up sparkling like a new penny!
