Took in my Honda prelude to get the belt changed, I couldn’t get it to stop squeaking myself and they noticed the tensioner was bad too. Long and short I’m back on the road and no more squeaking. Thanks for great service.

Just recently purchased the new 2018 Honda Accord sports and Joel that helped us is an awesome sales person! Joel and I took the accord LX out for a test drive came back and wanted something with touchscreen features cause the wife would liked it more and we seen the sports edition and instead of Joel and I taking it out for a test drive, he said take your family out for a test and you’ll make a better decision on it. Very disappointed w/ @SouthPointeHonda with the service we got from this dealership. Not blaming the whole dealership, but from our experience last night we will Not recommend this dealership to friends or families. Had a family member wanting to get a 2018 Accord. Ran a credit check && told us we weren't able to get a loan from any bank (which it shouldn't be an issue). Not even giving us any options on how we can be able to get the car.
