Very friendly staff. I purchased a 2013 Chevy equinox. Paul and Ryan were beyond wonderful. I didn’t feel pressured or pushed into my purchase, they showed me the car I came to look at and let me take it for a drive and gave me all the information on it and then asked how I would like to proceed. They didn’t try to talk me into anything I wasn’t sure of. It didn’t feel like I bought a car from a Salesman, it felt like I bought a car from a friend. I highly recommend them. I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

I had to get my brakes fixed and an oil change and I’ve been to Honda several times but I have never had better service than I did today! Erik took care of everything and made it easy and no stress experience. He was upbeat and made sure I was able to use my coupons! I’ll make sure when I have any problems to try and see if he can assist me because he provides service that you just don’t see everyday.
The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the Honda vehicles I was looking at purchasing. The sales and financial people made it the easiest car buying experience I have ever had at any dealership.

After making an 11:00 appt and arriving at 10:30 I still didn’t get my completed paperwork until 12:30. This even after my car was setting ready for at least 20 minutes. I had to o go and ask for it. I was told that making an appt puts you in front of those who didn’t have one. This I find hard to believe that everyone had appts that were there and gone when I finally asked for my car.
Quick and clean process! Nice service advisor but missed the vacuuming you get at the cheaper places. If you go there see Mr Ybarra.
